Among the requirements they are asking corporations to candidates to occupy more important positions are no longer a broad curriculum, highly qualified or studying in top universities.

What they are asking for is creativity, leadership, vision.

Unfortunately these materials are not taught in universities. The absence of these materials contributes greatly to increasing unemployment among college graduates.

The time we live is highly dynamic, everything moves, everything changes overnight, but the education that students receive is paralyzing.

We are "educated" with information that within five years will be obsolete.

What sense does it review information that will have no utility?

It gives undue weight to data when the importance of the creation of the data.

Information is privileged and neglects the creation of the data.

Information alone does not contribute to the formation of men and women who are capable of solving the problems they present in the not too distant future.

Something that should be emphasized is the observation, the approach of the problems with the student and of course the same solution.

This involves creativity, since it is the resource for solving problems in an original way.

No student has the same problems as others, therefore, require different solutions. That's where personal creativity.

Most students at all levels according to study plans and programs established by a few scholars who determine what students should study.

No matter the differences that exist between students, plans and programs are designed as if they were all the same. The concerns, aspirations, problems are not taken into account.

The authorities, principals and teachers assume that students should know and implicitly assume that students do not know.

Is there someone who knows absolutely everything that others should know?

A six-year first arrive at school already has much information in his mind, at that age has a lot of lies with which operates at a very young age. When it comes to school the teacher assumes that he knows nothing, certainly not read or write, but that does not mean that it has a certain way of seeing life, has its own worldview, his very particular view about life. The problem is that even words can not articulate that view.

THE PROPOSAL


I believe that education should chair the various subjects, which would determine which other subjects students should study. I do not think everyone should study the same subjects as the concerns and aspirations are different. This requires that the plans are different.

The matters to which I refer are the creativity, leadership, vision and emotional education.

Creativity is important because it will help innovate the field in which we intend to work, going to teach us to resolve the major and minor problems with which we will surely face in our working lives. As I said before, the world changes rapidly, but we human beings do not operate under the same speed.

Leadership is an issue of paramount importance for the movement of people. The time we live is characterized by apathy and pessimism of the vast majority of people.

The culture and education that we have suffered has murdered the leadership, creativity and has led to the dependency.

I think it essential to develop leadership from an early age children.

The vision. The vision is to display what you want to do within a given context.

This involves making the diagnosis of the reality that one lives, the ideal scene in which you want to build and finally, building the bridge from the actual scene of the ideal scene.

The realization of the ideals necessarily require creativity and leadership, as well as emotional education.

I think the essence of the preparatory work should be to develop a life plan in close linkage with a national project.

The curriculum should be subject to this idea

Emotional Education. One of the great discoveries of mid-century is that the emotion of people is what determines the success or failure of the actions undertaken by humans. It is not rationality or the level of information that takes the person that determines it.

There may be a person with a high level of information, but if you have a low emotional level, will surely fail in everything you undertake, however, if a person with a low level of information, but with a high emotional level, will certainly have success because the emotion is what really drives learning and doing things.

Nobody knows absolutely everything you need to know to succeed in life, that is something that should be discovering oneself through proper education and believe that with these four subjects can make students find their own path in life.

Through these courses can be established that other subjects should be studied to avoid losing their way.

At this time there is so much information that is absolutely impossible to acquire all of which one is bound to be much more selective with the information for their own training.

This is just an idea for a comprehensive educational reform, since you can start applying from the personal area.
