However I fear the people who are leading the movement must be clean hands (I am not blaming anyone individually. I just hope that it must not happen that the leaders itself are corrupt.)

The problem is corruption is almost Everywhere. It is not only the politicians who are corrupt but almost every people are corrupt. For example even an onion seller tries to put two rotten onions in your bag. A College lecturer tries to skip two or three topics in a chapter. These are the different bad phases(Faces) of corruption.

This movement against one kind of corruption(committed by politicians) must be an initiative to eradicate all these phases and for India to become a moral country.

I think the movement should continue until the government agrees to all the demands. Many in the government are saying Anna is blackmailing them to agree to his demands. I don't think so. May be they are trying to protect some of their people by projecting a poor Lokpal otherwise called "Jokepal" bill...
