FIS Analyst

Description

In this position, you will be providing support for application implementations, upgrades, and tuning and/or setup for New Product Introductions (NPI), as well as driving Continues Improvement Projects (CIP) in close relationship with our Manufacturing and Engineering customers. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Being a Business and Technical consultant for our customers
- Participating in application deployment plans
- Attending Virtual Factory meetings
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues
- Escalating to Level 3 support groups
- Maintaining Copy Exactly! (CE!) model specifications
- Following the xCAB process

Required Qualifications

You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with five years of applicable experience or a Master's degree in Computer Science with three years of applicable experience. Additional qualifications include:
- In-depth knowledge of SQL*
- Excellent customer service orientation

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- High level of teamwork
- Excellent requirements-gathering skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
