For quite some time, in Spain you can also count on Virtual Assistants (Certified). Highlight of the "Certified" because I consider it essential that before hiring anyone to report on their training as a guarantee of professionalism, quality and ethics in the service that aims to recruit.

Before a few years ago, only the "bosses" and big business could boast of having an assistant secretary / assistant oo. However, the fact that many people are looking for alternatives to free up your time for more routine, less gratifying and / or simply not desirable but necessary, has emerged a whole new category of business professionals: virtual assistants.

What is a virtual assistant?

For neither more nor less someone who contracts to do for you everything you want to delegate and do not require your physical presence. And we are amazed at the amount of things you can do without being present. And still we are amazed at the amount of things that really could rely on other people and of which we are unaware.

If you've calculated how much better an hour of your time (for example, calculates what you earn per year for the hours you work, and you can see what your cost per hour), you can understand the philosophy behind the recruitment of virtual assistants s. If we say that every hour of your time is worth 30 euros, releasing 2-3 hours daily tedious and irrelevant tasks could report you daily savings of 100 euros. If we assume that these tasks have to be effected and hire a virtual assistant to whom I pay 10 euros an hour (there are more expensive and cheaper, then comment more), are saving 70 euros per day you can devote your time to other more productive tasks.

For entrepreneurs and in general any professional, is a really interesting option that only requires a change of mind (most difficult). Why would I pay someone to go over 3 hours searching for information on the internet when I do? Because in those three hours you can dedicate yourself to look for more customers or improve processes and dealing with those who already have, who after all is what makes your business. Since we are talking about professionals who have no business in your company or someone to perform this function, a virtual assistant solves many problems.

The trick is in knowing whom to hire and where. There are companies in India (Brickwork, for example) for less than 7 dollars an hour are able to do absolutely everything: writing reports, for information, lists, organize events, book tickets, write articles, answer general emails, etc, etc. Brickwork is the kind of company that works well if you work in English, since the cost is infinitely inferior to the benefits and are a great company exclusively dedicated to this (there are many more).

For those of us in the Latin American market, the ideal is to look at companies in countries where in addition to quality, we go well the price per hour. In this case, for those who work in Spain, hiring a virtual assistant in Argentina and Venezuela is more than profitable. There is more to do a little searching on Google to find 3.4 companies with experience in the field. It is the philosophy of "new rich", dedicated just to do that important and that you like, and delegate everything else. I already have a list of things you could delegate the management of blogs, RESPECT, etc., and I tell you more about it when investigating a little more about the options.
